the founder

as a highly sensitive person, I’ve always been aware of how much I’m influenced by my environment. over time, I learned that the way I feed myself directly shapes how I move through the world. I cook the way I do because my body asks for it: organic, local, seasonal ingredients that are alive and supportive. nourishment is one of the most powerful tools I have to keep myself regulated and connected to myself.

I grew up in a Slavic household where cooking was generous, full of layers, and meals were meant to be shared. my mother cooked with instinct and love, using food as a language for devoted care. my earliest memories are watching her in the kitchen, and it shaped how I cook today and how I understand nourishment. her presence still lives in the way I prepare food today; with affection, and an understanding that abundance is spiritual, as much as it is physical.

my work is guided by the belief that nourishment should feel joyful, be sustainable, and respectful of the body’s needs and wisdom. I create recipes and experiences that invite softness and intention back into everyday life; not just as an aesthetic, but as a lived practice. I’m not interested in restriction, perfection, or trends. I’m more interested in food that feels good to eat, exciting to prepare, and welcoming to return to.

this space is an extension of how I live. a place where sensitivity is honored, femininity is revered, and food is prepared with devotion.

if you’re here, you’re welcome at my table. <3

with love,

Elisabeth Sophie
